1. Information We Collect

Relaycial collects information necessary to provision e-commerce stores, process transactions via authorized payment gateways (Razorpay), and coordinate courier shipments (Shiprocket). This includes account registrant names, email addresses, phone numbers, store names, catalog data, and transaction logs.

2. Tenant Isolation & Store Data Ownership

All merchant catalog, customer, order, and revenue data stored on Relaycial belongs exclusively to the respective tenant. We do not sell, rent, or cross-market data between merchants on the platform.

3. Payment & Security

We do not store full credit card numbers or UPI PINs on our servers. All sensitive financial transactions are securely processed by RBI-licensed payment aggregators (such as Razorpay) with 256-bit encryption.
